We know how they fit, how they feel and how they wear and we will work with you to ensure that you’re happy with every purchase. That’s our guarantee and that’s a promise!

HARMONY 783 Promise (Guarantee/Warranty)

HARMONY 783 footwear is guaranteed against manufacturer’s defects for 45 days from the date of order delivery, dependent upon purchase date verification. If a HARMONY 783 product fails due to material or manufacturing defect during this period, after inspection and verification, the item(s) will be repaired, reimbursed for repair, or replaced at HARMONY 783’s discretion.

This guarantee only applies in the United States and it does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, accident, improper care, modification, or the natural degradation of colors or materials (including water/weather protecting and odor control products) over time.

The following defects are covered by the HARMONY 783 Guarantee:

  • Shoe upper pulling apart from soles where soles are not excessively worn
  • Delaminating of sole layers
  • Frayed or loose stitching on uppers, footbeds or logos
  • Shoes not grounding – in this case, we will offer detailed tips for testing our shoes along with general info about grounding for a better understanding of how our shoes ground. If the shoes are returned to us and determined to ground within our office or have been tampered with by the customer, the customer will be responsible to pay for the cost of sending the shoes back to them to enjoy.

What's not covered:

  • Deterioration from water abuse (example:  wearing our footwear to walk through a river, or walking into the ocean)
  • Deterioration from lotions or oils
  • Odor caused by not wearing socks with closed toed shoes
  • Sandal strap stretching due to normal wear and tear
  • Outsole wearing out or worn through 
  • Not grounding due to manual removal of insole
  • Skateboard or bicycle abuse
  • Cuts, scratches, abrasions, burns etc.
  • Shrinkage from overexposure to extreme heat
  • Ornamental defects that do not impact the wearability of the shoe 
  • Anything not listed will be solely determined by HARMONY 783

 


Defect claim and process:

If you have any questions, concerns, or issues with your footwear, we want to know this. We take quality control and design seriously.

If you purchased Order Protection with your order, file a claim here.

If not,  we’re “on the ground” every day, so just send us a Support Request here and include the following:

  • Order # or the Full Name and Shipping Address on the order, necessary to process all claims.
  • Details and description of the issue(s) that may be occurring.
  • Pictures to show us what is happening with the footwear.

Next Steps in the claim process if you did not purchase Order Protection:

  • We will contact you with mailing instructions if physical inspection of your product is required.
  • If we determine that we need to inspect or fix the defective product, we will send you a mailing label and ask you to send the product back.
  • If after inspection we determine there is a defect, we will fix the product if possible and return it to you. If it is not fixable, we will send you a new pair.
  • If after inspection we determine there is not a defect, we will send you an invoice for shipping to return the shoe to you.

Please Note: Claims can take up to 6-8 weeks to process.
